As part of our strategic communications consultancy with one of our brand design agency clients we identified a crisis of identity within the agency which needed to be cleared away. (The irony will not be lost on any of us, we are all guilty of being plumbers with leaky taps at times!).
We needed to define our identity before we could concentrate on promoting a clear set of messages about all the wonderful work that the agency does in fmcg and corporate branding. Our recommendations ultimately led the owners and board to decide to create and launch a new brand name, allowing significant changes to occur in attitude both internally and externally at this award winning agency.

Communicating the excellent brand values and work of the agency has now become much more focused and there is a consistency that is driven by a clear and dynamic identity. BOR’s tactical PR work has created a demand for creative and marketing industry thought leadership in writing and through relevant speaking engagements for the senior management team, and as a result the agency has become ever more ambitious and driven for greater things, which is what makes business fun for us.
